We do our best to offer to our customers only high quality products from known manufacturers and we are extremely careful when selecting the items for our shop. However it is still possible a customer to not be happy with the purchase.
In case you have received an article you are not happy with, a product that has some defect or simply is not what you were looking for, you can still send it back to us, after informing us about this. Please, take a look at the conditions listed below, as they explain when we will agree to accept the returned item:
- If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us latest on the next working day after receiving your order. You can do this via email, skype or phone. If we have on stock the same item, we will replace it right away. If we don't have this item on stock, we can inform you about the expected delivery time or we can agree on issuing a refund.
- If you receive an item that you no longer need or simply doesn't seem to be what you were looking for, you can still return it back to us, after informing us about this. You can do this within 7 calendar days after receiving your order. In order to accept your return though the item needs to be in its original packaging.
- Please have in mind that only NON FOOD items can be returned. If you have a problem with a FOOD item, please contact us - we will discuss your complaint and the situation. We answer all customer complaints, comments and questions and if there is enough information, we contact the manufacturers directly, informing them about this.
- Please note that the returns are on your expense - in case we have agreed to issue a refund, we will do this after receiving the item from you.
- In case you receive products that do not correspond to the description provided in the store or if you receive a product, different from what you ordered, Amarantos Ltd. will send you the ordered goods and will arrange the return of the unwanted item free of charge or will issue a refund as soon as possible.
